Privacy.
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other companies. This page explains the little personal data that still passes through: what your browser keeps, what our hosting provider processes when you visit, and what happens when you write to us.
Who is responsible
TECKNIKA ITS, Danish CVR 34413843, Holmbladsgade, 2300 København S, Denmark, is the data controller for the personal data described here. Questions about this page or your data go to info@tecknika.net.
What this website stores
Nothing that identifies you. If you switch between the light and dark theme, your browser remembers the choice in its own storage under the name tecknika-theme. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can remove it by clearing this site's data in your browser.
The fonts, images and scripts all come from this website itself, so visiting it does not contact Google Fonts, analytics services, social networks or advertisers.
Hosting: what Cloudflare processes
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver the pages and protect the site against abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data about each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. Cloudflare does this on our behalf under its data processing terms, which also cover transfers outside the EU. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We do not use this data to profile visitors.
When you email us
If you write to info@tecknika.net or support@tecknika.net, we receive your name, email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it to answer you and, if we go on to work together, to quote, deliver and support the work (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We keep the correspondence while it is needed for that, and accounting records for as long as Danish bookkeeping law requires. We do not share it for marketing.
Our software at your site
The products we license, such as OSGA, run on the customer's own server, and the projects, files and people in them stay there: we do not receive that data. An installation checks its licence with us from time to time; that check sends licence and installation details, not the content of your work. The customer portal used to manage licences will have its own privacy notice.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict its use or hand it over in a portable form. You can also object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to info@tecknika.net and we will answer within one month.
If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet.
Changes
If the website starts collecting anything new, this page will say so before it does, and the date at the top will change.
